On the afternoon of December 8, the company's Discipline Inspection Commission supervision group went to the Eighth Engineering Project Department to carry out "on-site" supervision work. Sun Jinyao, the group leader, member of the company's Party Committee, and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, gave a collective integrity talk. Sun Jinyao emphasized that the implementation of "on-site" supervision is to supervise and inspect the situation of the company's subordinate grassroots units in learning and implementing the important political theories of the Party, strengthening the Party's political construction, and promoting the requirements of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party; to understand the political ecology of grassroots units, the performance of the main responsibilities of Party branches, the "first responsible person" responsibilities of the main leaders of Party branches, the "dual responsibilities" of members of the leadership team, and the implementation of supervisory responsibilities; to understand the feedback on various supervisory inspections from higher levels and the implementation of important work arrangements of the company. In the collective integrity talk, Sun Jinyao pointed out, combining the actual situation of the Eighth Engineering Department:
First, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the leadership team of the engineering department and improve its ability to perform its duties. Members of the leadership team should clarify their responsibilities and duties, fulfill their responsibilities, and continuously improve their basic management level; the leadership team should combine the actual situation of the engineering department to continuously explore and optimize the talent training mechanism, effectively promote the construction of talent teams, and avoid the emergence of talent shortages. The main leader of the engineering department should do a good job in overall planning and deployment, continuously improve basic management systems, ensure the implementation of responsibilities, and orderly promote the completion of various tasks on schedule.
Second, it is necessary to unify thinking and enhance awareness of the implementation of systems. The engineering department should strengthen the implementation of the rules and regulations of the group and the company, and strictly implement the group's "Four Guarantees, One Control, and One Tree" requirements to carry out management work and continuously promote the standardization of production management work in the engineering department. At the same time, it is necessary to establish a strong sense of responsibility, continuously implement responsibilities layer by layer, and ensure that responsibilities are assigned to individuals and measures are in place.
Third, it is necessary to strengthen branch construction and enhance team vitality. The Party branch should unite the members of the leadership team to jointly promote the work of Party building, and effectively utilize "Three Meetings and One Lesson" and other platforms to strengthen political theoretical education and improve political standing. The proportion of young employees in the Eighth Engineering Department is relatively large, and they are the main force in the development and construction of the engineering department. The leadership team should strengthen communication and exchanges with employees, especially young people, understand and help employees in a timely manner, and truly consider and solve problems from the perspective of employees, continuously improve the happiness and sense of belonging of employees, further stimulate team vitality, and effectively promote the development of the engineering department.
After the integrity talk, Sun Jinyao had a cordial conversation with members of the leadership team and key personnel of the engineering department, discussed the existing problems in the engineering department and the doubts raised by employees, and put forward suggestions for improvement based on the actual work. After the meeting, the supervision group conducted individual talks with members of the leadership team, key personnel, and some employee representatives, and conducted targeted checks on account books and materials.
