On the morning of June 23, the company's Party Committee held its fourth theoretical study center group learning meeting of 2022, along with a special party lecture on safety. More than 60 people attended the meeting, including members of the company's leadership team, heads of various grassroots units, and young reserve talents. The meeting was conducted via DingTalk video conferencing to various departments and project management departments, chaired by Cui Yongzhi, Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of the company.

The meeting began with a viewing of the television special "Life is More Important Than Mount Tai," followed by a report on the warning analysis of the "6.14" mechanical injury accident. At the meeting, participants took turns "leading the reading," collectively studying General Secretary Xi Jinping's important pronouncements on safety production, as well as the "People's Republic of China Safety Production Law," the "Fifteen Measures for Safety Production of the State Council Safety Committee," and the "Implementation Rules of the Safety Production Responsibility System for Party and Government Leading Cadres in Yunnan Province." At the meeting, Cui Yongzhi, Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of the company, delivered a special party lecture on safety. Cui Yongzhi gave an in-depth interpretation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important pronouncements on safety production and the "People's Republic of China Safety Production Law," combining them with the company's safety production situation, delivering a rich and insightful party lecture.

Cui Yongzhi made the following requirements: First, raise the political standing and establish a firm safety concept. We must thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important pronouncements on safety production, fully implement the "Safety Production Law" and the fifteen hard measures for safety production of the State Council Safety Committee, firmly establish the concept of putting life first and safety first, deeply learn from the painful lessons of accidents, resolutely uphold the red line, bottom line, and lifeline of safety production, and put ensuring the safety of the people's lives first; Second, relevant functional departments should seriously study and conduct in-depth research to formulate safety production systems that suit the company's actual situation, form a safety management responsibility list, clarify reward and punishment methods, and ensure that the superior safety production work requirements are implemented in the company; Third, all units and departments should conduct a "discussion on management and execution."
