On the afternoon of February 25, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, gave a special integrity party lesson and conducted a collective integrity conversation with more than 80 people from the company's contract budget department, equipment and materials department, and market development department, including grassroots unit chief economists, materials managers, and young reserve talents. Lü Chunping, the company's chief economist, presided over the meeting.

Lü Chunping delivered a collective mobilization speech, emphasizing that the participating cadres and employees should raise their ideological awareness, earnestly study and understand the content and spirit of the collective integrity conversation; continuously enhance their political sense of responsibility at their work posts, overcome lax thinking and fear of difficulties, and with a more resolute attitude, more effective measures, and more solid work, build a solid ideological defense line against corruption and degeneration, and effectively strengthen integrity construction.

Sun Jinyao, combining the spirit of the company's first bi-annual congress of representatives, addressed the business characteristics and risks of the company's materials, budget, and operation systems, focusing on the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China" and internal cases of violations of regulations and disciplines within the group, lecturing on the special integrity party lesson from five aspects: political discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline, and disciplinary punishment for violations of laws and crimes.

Combining with the actual work, Sun Jinyao required: First, strictly implement the responsibility system, improve risk awareness, grasp job responsibilities, and comprehensively promote project pre-settlement work and on-site material control work; second, refine and materialize cost control measures; third, strengthen legal awareness, perform duties according to law, and deploy and implement daily supervision and daily business together; fourth, continuously innovate work mechanisms, improve work quality and efficiency, seek truth and be pragmatic, and form a work pattern in which business work and Party style and integrity construction promote each other.
