On December 21, the company's Discipline Inspection Commission conducted "on-site" supervision work at the Third Engineering Project Department. Sun Jinyao, a member of the company's Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and head of the supervision group, led a team to supervise and inspect the work. A total of 29 people attended the meeting, including members of the Third Engineering Department's leadership team, key personnel, and some employee representatives.

Sun Jinyao delivered a special廉政党课(integrity party lesson) focusing on five aspects: leadership team building, Party conduct and integrity construction, enforcement of regulations and systems, the role of branch fighting fortresses, and upholding integrity. The lesson was tailored to the specific circumstances of the Third Engineering Department.

Sun Jinyao emphasized: Firstly, strengthen Party conduct and integrity construction. The branch secretary, as the first person responsible for Party conduct and integrity construction, should implement Party conduct and integrity construction in accordance with the requirements of the Party conduct and integrity construction responsibility system and urge members of the leadership team to earnestly fulfill their "dual responsibilities"; secondly, give full play to the role of Party branch fighting fortresses. Utilize "three meetings and one lesson" to strengthen the learning of the Party Constitution, Party regulations, and company regulations, actively explore new approaches to grassroots Party building work, and achieve the integration and mutual promotion of Party building and production and operation; thirdly, establish a correct view of interests, fasten the "safety belt" of integrity and self-discipline, maintain the advanced nature and purity, rationally face various interest relationships, uphold the bottom line of being a person and doing things, learn from past mistakes, and always be vigilant.

Finally, the supervision group conducted individual interviews with members of the project department's leadership team and key personnel, and inspected the Party conduct and integrity construction ledger of the branch.
