Doing Practical Things for Young People - The company's Youth League Committee held a special sharing session on improving the educational qualifications of young employees

On the afternoon of November 10th, the company's Youth League Committee, in conjunction with the "I Do Practical Things for Youth" practical activity, specially invited Dr. Wu Jianping from Yunnan Normal University to give a special sharing session entitled "Adding Color to the Party Flag, Empowering Enterprises, and Contributing to Youth - Assisting Young Employees in Improving Their Education" to young cadres and employees of the company. More than 90 young cadres and employees in Kunming attended the session.

The lecture discussed the importance of continuous learning for young employees, the methods and channels for improving education, interpretations of related postgraduate programs, and comparisons between different types of postgraduate programs, further illustrating the significance and value of continuous learning. It aimed to build a career development system for young employees, enhance their spirit of continuous learning, and encourage young cadres and employees to further exert their innovative and creative spirit and fighting spirit. The goal is for them to take root in the enterprise, invigorate their youth, unite and consolidate young league members, follow the Party closely, remain true to their original aspirations, contribute to their youth, and contribute to the high-quality development of the company.

Wu Jianping, Born in 1984, Dr. Wu holds a doctorate in management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He is an associate professor. In 2012, he was introduced as a high-level talent in Yunnan Province. He is currently the head of the MPA Education Center at Yunnan Normal University; a specially appointed expert of the Kunming Municipal Decision-Making Advisory Committee; an expert of the Kunming Municipal Social Construction Committee; an expert in the review of intermediate and junior professional titles of the Yunnan Academy of Social Sciences; and a researcher at the Belt and Road Initiative and China's Southwest Peripheral Geopolitics Research Institute.
