On the afternoon of August 20, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, delivered a special廉政党课(integrity Party lesson) entitled "Fulfill Responsibilities, Be Courageous, and Set an Example in Clean Conduct" to the first branch of the Party Committee in the No. 3 meeting room on the fifth floor of the company, and conducted a collective廉政谈话(integrity conversation). Gan Yong, member of the company's Party Committee, chairman of the trade union, and leader in charge of the first branch of the Party Committee, and more than 40 cadres and employees from the eight functional departments under the first branch of the Party Committee listened to the lesson.

Sun Jinyao stated that the eight functional departments under the first branch are the core and key departments of the company, and the businesses they undertake are the core businesses of the company. It is crucial to diligently perform duties, identify occupational integrity risks, and prevent risks.

Combining the fulfillment of responsibilities and clean conduct, Sun Jinyao made the following requirements:
First, enhance political standing and uphold political principles. Each employee needs to clearly understand that their work position is granted by the company, and each management right is also granted by the work. Each department and employee should, from the perspective of upholding political principles, earnestly examine their own positional risks, fully understand the significant responsibilities on each of us, clarify their own responsibilities, and consciously manage their own thoughts and actions.
Second, fulfill responsibilities and be courageous in taking on responsibilities. As employees and heads of functional departments of the company, they need to understand "what are my responsibilities?" Avoid being conservative, creatively carry out work, be good at discovering and paying attention to the weaknesses in the department's work process, and ensure that each department is courageous in taking on responsibilities and does not exceed its authority in management.
Third, strengthen departmental construction and improve work style. Department heads should play a leading role; cadres and employees of each department should serve the grassroots level well, bend down, and go to the front line; departments should cooperate and support each other; and a positive atmosphere of mutual learning and progress should be created within the department, continuously strengthening team cohesion and collaborative efforts.
Fourth, adhere to clean conduct and strive to be exemplary. First, proactively identify occupational integrity risks. Department heads should proactively identify potential integrity risks that the department may face and address, and do a good job in risk prevention and mitigation. Second, strengthen responsibility and earnestly fulfill the "dual responsibility." Department heads should conduct no less than two daily廉政提醒谈话(integrity reminder conversations) each year for each position in the department, and while fulfilling their departmental management responsibilities, strengthen daily education and supervision of departmental personnel. Third, strengthen the study of the Party Constitution, Party regulations, Party discipline, national laws, and the rules and regulations of the group and the company, and build a strong ideological defense line for personnel with clean conduct. Fourth, abide by social security management and cultivate positive and healthy hobbies. Strictly prohibit drunk driving, "pornography," "gambling," "drugs," and playing online games during work hours. Pay attention to employees' "off-duty" situations, family situations, marital status, hobbies, etc. Fifth, consciously accept supervision and be an example of integrity and self-discipline. Accept supervision from the organization, leading cadres, employees, the public, and social opinion; do not be isolated from the organization, and get used to working and living under supervision. Sixth, pay attention to words and deeds, and establish a good image of employees and leading cadres of state-owned enterprises; be generous in words and deeds, dress appropriately, be consistent inside and out, and do not talk nonsense.
