On July 16, the Metal Structure Processing Center Party branch held a discussion on the theme of "What are my responsibilities?" The event was held at both the Wangjiaqiao base and the Xiangli project department.

During the event, branch leaders conveyed the spirit of the group and company's document on the "What are my responsibilities?" discussion, requiring the earnest implementation of the document's spirit and the solid advancement of each stage of the activity. The meeting was combined with Party history learning and education, Secretary Ruan Chengfa's important discussion on "four correct understandings" and "three questions of life", the group's "four guarantees, one control, one tree" goals, and the common code of conduct of "loving one's job, cherishing one's position, being honest and trustworthy, and operating according to law." The discussion revolved around questions such as "What are my responsibilities?", "Who do I work for?", "How should I do my work?", "How should I strive?", and "What responsibilities should I bear if I fail?".

At the meeting, everyone, combining their own work experience, job nature, and subjective understanding from multiple perspectives, discussed their job responsibilities, attitudes towards their work, practical difficulties encountered in their work, problem-solving approaches, and future work plans, starting from the content of work in different functions and positions.

In actual work, I haven't considered problems comprehensively enough, my work hasn't been meticulous enough, I have a fear of difficulties, and I often have resistance to complex and time-consuming tasks, lacking the confidence to set high goals and the courage to take the lead.

My overall abilities still need to be further improved, especially in terms of certification, which is still lacking.

My thinking is not deep enough, I cannot carry out creative work, my work thinking is not broad enough, and I still have a mindset of following routines.

Through in-depth self-analysis and reflection, we have re-examined our positions, ourselves, and our responsibilities. This has enhanced the awareness of cadres and employees to take on responsibilities and be proactive. At the same time, through discussion and exchange, everyone has a clearer understanding of their own shortcomings and areas for improvement within the team, pointing the way for future work.
