Leadership Cadre Lecture Hall: Sun Yanke Delivers a Thematic Party History Lecture to the Eleventh Engineering Project Department Party Branch

On the afternoon of June 2nd, Sun Yanke, the company's vice general manager, gave a special party lecture entitled "Glorious Journey - One Hundred Years of the Communist Party of China" to the Party branch of the Eleventh Engineering Project Department. All members of the branch and employees working in Kunming attended the lecture.

Sun Yanke led everyone in studying the four historical periods of the development of the Communist Party of China: the period of the New Democratic Revolution, the period of socialist revolution and construction, the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization, and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Sun Yanke pointed out that, one hundred years ago, starting from the predicament of national peril, the Chinese Communists sought a path to happiness for the Chinese people and to the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The Communist Party of China accomplished and promoted four great events: opening up a new era, transforming the world, bringing about earth-shaking changes, and achieving astonishing feats. These four great events have created the glorious century of the Communist Party of China and fundamentally changed the future and destiny of the Chinese people and the Chinese nation. All Party members should earnestly study this glorious history, understand the hardships and difficulties involved, work hard at their posts, strive for excellence, and actively integrate into the historical process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
