On the afternoon of December 10, the third research and supervision group of the Group's Youth League Committee went to the company to carry out research and supervision work on the "benchmarking and grading" of grassroots youth league branches. Yang Yu, secretary of the Group's Youth League Committee and chairman of the organ trade union, and Cui Yongzhi, deputy secretary of the company's Party committee and manager, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the deputy secretary of the company's Youth League Committee introduced the training of young cadres in the company. Subsequently, the company's nine youth league branches made presentations on aspects such as ideological and political education of league members, youth league branch organization building, basic youth league affairs management, activity implementation, and the role of young employees in integrating into the central situation.

The research group provided feedback on the reports of each youth league branch and the inspection of account books and materials. The group affirmed the company's Party committee's strong support for youth league work, the basic work of youth league branches, the implementation of "three meetings, two systems, and one lesson," and characteristic activities. Suggestions were also made regarding the improvement of the political theoretical quality of the company's league members, the building of grassroots youth league organizations, and the construction of youth projects.

Cui Yongzhi stated that the company's Communist Youth League work has shown a positive development trend, with orderly member management, improved ideological and cultural levels, and continuously strengthening youth cohesion; however, shortcomings still exist. The company's Party committee will continue to attach importance to and support the development of the Communist Youth League's work, striving to further integrate the Communist Youth League's work into the central tasks and serve the overall situation, becoming a driving force for the company's development.

Secretary Yang Yu pointed out that the purpose of this "benchmarking and grading" supervision and research work is to better implement the various work deployments of strict governance of the Youth League, standardize the operation mechanism of enterprise grassroots youth league organizations, and give full play to the role of grassroots youth league organizations as a fighting bastion. It also aims to continuously improve the comprehensive quality and work level of grassroots youth league cadres through research, supervision, and exchange and learning. She expressed her recognition of the company's Youth League Committee's work and offered several points of hope: First, to be a role model for efficient work, a youth with firm ideology and clear goals; second, to be a role model for upholding the banner, a youth with excellent political quality and correct political direction; and third, to be a role model for the evergreen enterprise, a youth full of vitality and fighting spirit.
