Li Shengyuan: A Nine-Month Growth Story

Unknowingly, I've been with the company for 9 months now. During this time, I feel like I've been growing and improving every day. The busy work has made my life fulfilling and wonderful. I no longer feel adrift, but rather I consider the company my home and my colleagues my family. In this big family, I've gained warmth and happiness.

First, I want to thank the company for providing me with such a broad platform, allowing me to find my place in society, far from the protection of my family and teachers. When I set off on the long-awaited journey of social life, I discovered that life's path is so uneven and challenging. Anyone's success requires weathering storms and trials.

Secondly, through this period of learning, I have gained a deeper practical understanding of architecture. No matter how much professional knowledge you learn in school, it's still theoretical and differs from reality. This period of learning has improved my ability to read drawings; I can now generally identify areas needing attention and careful calculation. I understand the safety considerations in structural design and practical issues in surveying and layout, aiming for safe, efficient construction that meets standards and design specifications. When encountering problems, I actively seek guidance from experienced senior colleagues, who patiently answer my questions and generously share their years of valuable experience and construction methods. Their solid foundation, rich experience, and professional knowledge have impressed me deeply, inspiring me to learn diligently, gain experience, and contribute my best to the company. This learning experience has also helped me become more outgoing. I've been actively learning to communicate and interact with others. I believe that proactive and polite communication is essential, both for learning and for harmonious relationships. Effective communication skills create a harmonious atmosphere, making many things easier to coordinate. The construction industry involves multiple disciplines, and communication and coordination are crucial, especially for those aspiring to management roles.

I firmly believe that withstanding pressure and maintaining composure are key to achieving results. In future work, I will pursue my ideals on the company's broad stage, following the company's development and realizing my personal value.
