Qinhua Lake is a man-made lake in Baoshan City, Yunnan Province. Located in the heart of Baoshan's urban area, it may not be deep, but it connects the people of Baoshan to every dawn and dusk, every joy and sorrow, and every youthful endeavor on its shores.

Young Bulls Striving for Youth
The integrated pipeline project was a new type of project for the management team, as well as for the company. Faced with the extensive and widely distributed nature of the pipeline project, he felt like a blank slate, having to ask for help and consult materials for everything related to quality and safety; Shen Kaijun, 2013 graduated in [Year]. After graduation, he successively served as a construction worker, technical director, and project manager in the Chuxiong Shengshi Shuyuan project, the Yunnan Aluminum slope treatment project, 77226 and the army bulletproof wall project. When the pipeline project started, he served as the project manager, technical director, construction worker, and materials manager. Although he had more than three years of work experience and experience in multiple projects, he had always been engaged in civil engineering project management since graduation, and had never been involved in installation engineering. The pipeline project had many points and lines, a high degree of intelligence, many participating units, unclear or missing drawings, frequent design changes, and many coordination meetings. Faced with these situations, he could only work day and night, running around the site and holding coordination meetings during the day, and familiarizing himself with drawings and learning standards at night.
Faced with the various challenges of the project, the lack of management talent and the gap in experience within the Ninth Engineering Department upon its establishment, and the doubts and concerns of senior engineers who had long been engaged in industrial installation engineering, the Ninth Engineering Department had to make a bold attempt, placing a young management team with an average age of 3 A management team with an average age of less than 26 years and an average work experience of less than 2 years on a new type of project that neither the department nor the entire company had ever undertaken. Morning Dew Flows into Qinhua Lake
With the joint efforts of the project management team, despite the doubts of various participating units about the young team, and after overcoming the initial difficulties and uncertainties, after three months of adjustment and exploration, the project department, responsible for two main pipeline lines and the pre-embedding work at more than 20 work sites for five civil construction units, became the only project department among the five installation project departments with zero complaints. It received unanimous praise from the construction unit, the supervision unit, the command center, and various participating units. They no longer questioned the management capabilities and execution ability of this young team, no longer worried that the pre-embedding work would affect their installation templates and concrete pouring, and no longer worried that the lack of experience would lead to incorrect embedding or damage to their steel bars.
The project department's determination to fight tough battles, tackle difficult problems, and strive for success was highly recognized by the command center. 2017 a 20[Year] graduate, 8 In [Month], the command center entrusted the project department with the installation task for the first underground integrated pipeline built by the group in 2015 years. The project department's workload increased from two pipelines to three, and the work sites expanded from east of the city to across the east and west of the city. The project achieved significant results in production-driven operations, achieving a threefold increase in contract value.
A Spark Can Start a Prairie Fire
After more than two years of hard work, the project department's management team has grown steadily, from an initial 3 people to more than 10 people. The command center has successively arranged management personnel from the cost department, safety department, and other departments to work in the project department for exchange and learning, in order to integrate the first-line management experience model into the general contracting management work. The project department arranged two employees to receive training in the Baoshan command center's highway project and villa project, learning general contracting management experience and gaining early exposure to the new field of highway electromechanical installation engineering. During project management, the project department has always held itself to high standards, 2019 In [Year], it applied for the creation of a group standardized demonstration construction site. To better implement the real-name registration management of migrant workers and create a good corporate culture atmosphere, the project department built a migrant worker service station, providing workers with dormitories, bathrooms, kitchens, and training classrooms. In project management, the project department continuously innovated and explored, and from 2019 a 20[Year] graduate, 7 [Month], it introduced BIM MagiCAD for Revit and BIM 5D project management platform, and assigned 5 employees to form a team BIM Group, BIM MagiCAD for Revit and BIM5D The application of the project management platform has improved the level of project management.
Through more than three years of efforts, the Ninth Engineering Department has achieved good results with its open and bold management approach of promoting training through practice and jointly building and training with the command department. 2016 From the initial shanty town renovation temporary power supply projects and Xinlichuangjing projects, to the later shanty town renovation fire ventilation projects, Yuanyuan Fucheng Wealth Center projects, shanty town renovation intelligent projects, and Baoshan central urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery construction projects, the single contract amount of the projects has increased from 300 ten thousand to 9300 ten thousand, achieving a successful start in the first year of its establishment. The signing of contracts for Baoshan limited-price housing projects, Lijiang Happy Valley villa projects, and supplementary agreements for Baoshan comprehensive pipe gallery projects, with the contract amount of individual projects becoming increasingly larger, and the signing of the contract for the industrial hemp deep processing project of Yunnan Hangu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. CBD further expanded the scope of the project.
The management and development philosophy of promoting training through practice, promoting business through production, and winning the market through integrity has enabled the Ninth Engineering Department to gain high recognition from the Group's General Contracting Department 2. The Baoshan Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Phase II project and the wastewater treatment plant of the water ecological project have been basically confirmed, with an estimated contract amount exceeding 300 million.
Looking to the future, the Ninth Engineering Department will adopt an information-based general contracting management approach, relying on BIM technology to conduct project planning in the early stages of the project, identify and optimize drawing problems before the project enters the site, clarify the key difficulties of the project, prepare for project technology, conduct statistics on project personnel, materials, and equipment and optimize the input plan for personnel, materials, and equipment, and conduct project cash flow analysis. Increase investment in information management hardware and software, continue to use DingTalk system, BIM and other project management tools, refine the job responsibilities of project management personnel, optimize the structure of project management personnel, reduce project management costs, complete construction tasks in strict accordance with relevant regulations of the group and the company, and continue to sing the youth anthem of Tsinghua Lake.
