Jiugongbu Yuanmou Fucheng Wealth Center Project Fire Prevention Education and Fire Drill

　　To further enhance workers' fire safety awareness and improve their ability to respond to and extinguish fires at construction sites, the Jiugong Department's Yuannmou Fucheng Wealth Center project organized a fire prevention and fire drill on April 28th.

　　First, the project manager gave a brief introduction to the human causes of fire hazards, such as the use of flammable decoration materials (paint, wood, plastic packaging bags, garbage), electrical overload, smoking, careless operation of fire work, or inadequate safety measures, as well as the relevant emergency response plans.

　　The project's dedicated safety officer introduced the actual deployment of on-site fire-fighting equipment (dry powder fire extinguishers) - their placement near flammable materials and stacks, at various passage entrances, and next to distribution boxes - what to do in the event of a fire, the principles of fire extinguishers, basic operating methods, and precautions.

　　After the introduction, the workers present personally experienced extinguishing a burning pile according to the steps and methods. This simple drill allowed each worker to personally experience how to correctly use a fire extinguisher, develop basic fire safety awareness, and take emergency measures in the event of a fire. It played a positive role in promoting fire safety management at the project construction site.
