On June 18, the Laos Sun Paper Industry Project Department of the First Engineering Department conducted an emergency rescue drill for landslides before the arrival of the flood season.
In view of the dangerous characteristics of construction during the flood season, the project department prepared plans and measures in advance, cleared drainage, prepared flood prevention and control materials, and strengthened safety education and training during the flood season. A practical drill for emergency rescue of landslides was also carried out in the water treatment workshop. The drill focused on the hazardous factors of operations in the pit, preventive measures, and mastering first-aid methods.
Through the drill, the project department's emergency rescue capabilities have been continuously improved, achieving correct and scientific rescue, effectively preventing accidents, and reducing casualties and property losses.
