On July 7th, the Eighth Project Department held a 2017 mid-year management work meeting in the fifth-floor conference room. The meeting was presided over by Li Junping, secretary of the project department, and attended by more than 20 people, including Yan Xueguang, project manager, heads of various departments, executive managers of various ongoing projects, and other relevant management personnel.
The purpose of this meeting was to summarize the work experience of the first half of 2017 and to arrange and deploy the work for the second half of the year. Through this meeting, we will identify shortcomings in our work, summarize management experience, and ensure that all indicators of the Eighth Project Department are successfully completed for the whole year.
At the meeting, the heads of various departments summarized and categorized the work of their respective sections, systematically reviewed the completion of the work undertaken by their departments, and formulated work plans for the second half of 2017; the executive managers of various ongoing projects reported on the completion of project progress, "five-in-one" control, highlights and shortcomings in the work and improvement measures, and measures for promoting future work.
Manager Yan summarized the work in the first half of 2017, such as the advance arrangement of completion document preparation plans for completed projects, timely self-inspection and self-examination during the process; the prompt implementation of fund payment applications and procedures for projects under construction; and the strengthening of "five-in-one" control by various projects. He also made suggestions for the work in the second half of 2017: First, strengthen information sharing among various projects; second, in terms of bidding work, be meticulous in preparing bidding documents and strengthen experience accumulation; third, before the Mid-Autumn Festival, each project should clearly account for its income and expenditure to ensure the payment of funds to the labor force.
Secretary Li requested that all employees seize the opportunity to take examinations and quickly improve their skills and comprehensive quality; second, that frontline project members should lead by example, give full play to the exemplary role of Party members, and earnestly fulfill the "Party Style and Clean Government Construction Responsibility System"; third, that all employees should actively respond to the company's trade union and do a good job in the 2017 "Sending Warmth" fundraising work and donate enthusiastically.
At the meeting, Secretary Li also led all Party members in studying "the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the main spirit of the Central Committee's symposium on promoting the normalization and institutionalization of the "Two Studies, One Doing" learning education", the notice on further strengthening and improving the Party building work of state-owned enterprises issued by the General Office of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and other relevant materials, and required their implementation after the meeting.
