With the high attention from company leadership, the service center proposed a service concept of "allowing employees to eat well, be healthy, and feel energized." A series of "warming activities" themed "Unite and work together to build a harmonious enterprise" have been launched, including improving work meals, optimizing the office environment, renovating old residential areas, and caring for retired employees…
With the arrival of the cold weather, the Integrated Service Center conducted comprehensive safety inspections and repairs of water and electricity in the employee residential area, rectified fire hazards, added guardrails to the residential area, erected awnings at activity points in the residential area, and renovated the activity room for retired employees to create a warm, comfortable, and convenient living environment for company employees. Considering the situation of employees queuing in the cold wind during meal peak hours, the service center adjusted the meal collection route and added a daily supply of yogurt. To maintain stability, the service center conducted a survey of grassroots units, investigated and resolved conflicts and disputes, installed access control systems in the company's office areas and employee canteens, implemented card management, and conducted training and standby for the security team. To improve the office environment and address the shortage of office space in grassroots units, the service center renovated four offices and a multi-functional meeting room, and enhanced professional cleaning of the office building and auditorium. In view of the high incidence of influenza in winter and the relatively high number of hospitalized retired employees, the service center, on behalf of the company leadership, visited 10 hospitalized retired employees. To further standardize canteen management and strictly implement hygiene, safety, and civilized dining practices, the Integrated Service Center, while ensuring frugality and preventing extravagance and waste, actively ensured food hygiene in the restaurant, ensuring that all tableware was "washed, rinsed, and fully disinfected," with dedicated personnel for inspection. From Monday to Friday, healthy menus were prepared for employees, ensuring two meat dishes, two vegetable dishes, and one soup each meal, without repetition, to ensure employees eat well, eat their fill, and eat healthily.
Every detail matters. The series of warming activities carried out by the Integrated Service Center is just a glimpse of the company's "warming culture." When employees eat well and healthily and feel a sense of belonging, their morale is stable.
