Caring for Women on March 8th - An Ersi Trade Union Launches a Women Workers' Rights Knowledge Competition

Spring is warm and flowers are blooming. To encourage the company's female employees to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and to further promote the spirit of the rule of law and enhance legal awareness, on the morning of March 8th at 9:00, the company's trade union and women's committee held a "Yunnan Construction Investment Second Installation Engineering Company Women Employees' 19th National Congress Knowledge Competition" and a "Women Employees' Rights Protection Laws and Regulations Knowledge and Comprehensive Laws and Regulations Knowledge" quiz competition in the company's comprehensive building auditorium.

The competition received an enthusiastic response and participation from the company's female employees, with a total of 183 female employees from various grassroots trade unions gathering together. The competition, conducted through the distribution of examination papers and on-site answering, provided a way to celebrate their holiday through collective learning and spend a meaningful International Women's Day. Through the competition, the learning and popularization of laws and regulations on the protection of the rights and interests of female employees were comprehensively promoted, further enhancing the awareness and ability of female employees to learn, understand, and abide by the law, and to legally protect their own legitimate rights and interests. This has enabled the work of protecting the rights and interests of female employees to take a new step forward, better playing the role of female employees as "half the sky" in promoting the company's development.
