Secretary Xu Bo inspects work in Dianzhong New Area

On the morning of April 26, Xu Bo, Party Secretary of the company, Liang Tao, Xiang Wen from the Project Management Center, and Zhang Qionghua from the Discipline Inspection Department, along with others, conducted a field inspection of the fire and ventilation installation project of the No. 16 plot of the Dianzhong New District Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park, which is under construction and owned by the company. The project site manager accompanied the inspection.

This project is located in the air-port industrial park of Yunnan Dianzhong New District. The land use is industrial land, and the main building functions are divided into three types: 1. R&D building; 2. Standard factory building; 3. Shift dormitory for employees and supporting outdoor activity areas. Our company is responsible for the fire and ventilation installation of the dormitory building, R&D building, and factory buildings No. 8 to No. 14. At each factory building, Secretary Xu inquired about the preliminary work, construction progress, and difficulties of the project. The project site manager answered Secretary Xu's questions one by one.

Through the on-site inspection, the company leaders gained a more intuitive and comprehensive understanding of the actual situation of the project. In view of the large scale and tight schedule of the project, Secretary Xu put forward three requirements: 1. Improve refined management, improve the project schedule plan, and strengthen responsibilities at all levels; 2. Always pay attention to engineering quality and safety management; 3. Ensure the payment of labor subcontracting fees and timely payment of wages to migrant workers.
