At the investigation meeting, Chairman Gu Yongmao first introduced the company's production and operation of overseas and domestic projects, gave a detailed report on the company's market-oriented operation and advantages of specialized business segments for overseas projects, and envisioned the establishment of an overseas department to further expand the overseas market. Ma De, Deputy General Manager of the Group, affirmed the company's independent operation policy and expressed appreciation for the company's production organization of overseas projects and its development ideas and organizational measures for the overseas market. At the same time, he emphasized: First, we must build confidence, make up our minds, increase investment, regard overseas development as the company's development strategy, and seize the opportunity. Second, we must focus on key areas and give play to professional advantages. Focus on key countries, give play to advantageous resources, maintain existing markets, and develop emerging markets. For newly entered international markets, we must demonstrate professional advantages, make the most of our strengths and avoid weaknesses, and have a clear understanding of market layout.
