   On July 23, the company's 2018 mid-year work meeting was held in the company's comprehensive building auditorium. Based on a thorough summary of the work in the first half of 2018, this conference revolved around the central issue of ensuring the completion of various targets set by the group company. The aim was to further unify the thoughts of all cadres and employees, laying a solid foundation for better completion of the work in the second half of the year. The meeting was chaired by General Manager Cui Yongzhi, and was attended by 86 people, including members of the company's leadership team and expanded leadership team, heads of various functional departments of the organs, and members of the teams from various grassroots units.

  In the first half of the year, the company achieved an operating income of 2.655 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 40.7%; newly signed construction contracts amounted to 1.49 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 40.4%, reaching 67.7% of the annual contract target (2.2 billion yuan) set by the group. Operating revenue reached 623 million yuan, with a profit of 12 million yuan, and 3 million yuan was paid to the group as comprehensive service fees. Five utility model patents were applied for, six provincial-level construction methods were approved, two industry standards were participated in compiling, and five projects were launched for scientific and technological projects. The one-time acceptance rate of engineering quality was 100%, with one application for the National Excellent Engineering Award and two applications for the China Installation Engineering Excellent Award. One municipal-level construction safety and quality standardization construction site was awarded. Four QC achievements were submitted, one of which won the second prize of the 2018 Yunnan Provincial QC Achievements. No quality or safety production accidents occurred in the first half of the year.

   General Manager Cui Yongzhi made the following requirements in his report: Firstly, continue to adhere to the unshakeable leading position in operation, continue to transform operational projects into operational resources, strengthen and improve early warning of operational risks, increase investment in the ecological and environmental protection market while consolidating existing markets, and continue to accelerate the pace of going global. Secondly, continue to strengthen production management and economic management, continuously strengthen internal control, explore the creation of smart construction sites, and promote the improvement of the company's comprehensive management capabilities through informationization and intelligence. Thirdly, continue to strengthen the reserve and construction of talent teams, strengthen talent planning, optimize talent allocation, and further standardize the management responsibilities of chief engineers. Fourthly, further standardize the management of migrant worker wage payments.

  Secretary Xu Bo stated in his speech: Firstly, unify thinking, strengthen confidence in development, unite as one, and ensure the achievement of various targets set by the group and the company's first and second congress of representatives. Secondly, management must be strengthened, cost control must be strictly enforced, work efficiency must be improved, and economic benefits must be enhanced. Thirdly, responsibilities must be clearly defined, and implementation must be strictly enforced. Fourthly, comprehensively strengthen the strict governance of the Party, strengthen awareness of discipline and alignment, and strive to create a harmonious and upward development environment.

  Chairman Gu Yongmao pointed out in his summary of the meeting that in the first half of the year, under the efforts of all cadres and employees, the company has achieved many accomplishments, but still faces many problems. All staff must face and solve these problems. Firstly, we must strengthen confidence in development, follow the pace of the group's development, and unswervingly complete the various targets set by the group at the beginning of the year. Secondly, we must not relax our operational work, emphasizing that the quality of operational capabilities is an important indicator for measuring the quality of a team. Thirdly, we must continuously strengthen economic control capabilities. Fourthly, we must persist in comprehensively strengthening Party leadership, earnestly implement the requirements of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party, strengthen grassroots Party building, and focus on solving prominent problems faced by the grassroots. Fifthly, we must continuously strengthen the construction of a harmonious enterprise, prioritizing the practical problems faced by cadres and employees. Sixthly, we must ensure the successful application for high-tech enterprises and ensure the completion of the company's restructuring work this year. Seventhly, we require all cadres and employees to further unify their thoughts with the company's development goals to promote the company's sustainable and healthy development.

  At the meeting, the company's chief economist, Lü Chunping, and chief accountant, Zhang Yuling, respectively made special reports on the company's economic and financial operations. Deputy General Managers Kong Xinghu and Yang Pengyong, and Chief Engineer Xu Yanlu, respectively summarized their work and made arrangements and deployments for the second half of the year. Seven grassroots unit managers respectively reported on their work in the first half of the year and their plans for the second half of the year.
