3 Month 11 Day On , a handover ceremony for the fire system usage rights of the Qingyang Phase II project in Baoshan City was held, and Baoshan Yongchang Property Management Co., Ltd. officially received the usage rights of the fire system.

Before the handover, the project management personnel conducted operational training on the fire control room for the property management personnel. The content included fire alarm and fire linkage systems, automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing systems, smoke exhaust and air supply systems, and the use of fire extinguishers. During the handover, the performance of each system was good, meeting the requirements of fire protection regulations and satisfying the functional requirements. Both the usage performance and safety performance met the regulatory requirements.
