The chief economist of the company investigated the six departments and delivered a thematic Party lesson on "不忘初心、牢记使命"

  On the afternoon of July 31, Comrade Lv Chunping, the company's chief economist, went to the Sixth Construction Department for a field trip and gave a thematic party lesson entitled "Focusing on Our Posts, Working Hard and Practically, Making Good Use of Incentive and Constraint Mechanisms, Contributing to and Achieving Excellent Results in the Company's Leap-Forward Development." Fifteen people attended, including members of the department's party and government leadership team, party members in Kunming, some key members, and young employees.

  Closely following the theme of "Remembering Our Original Aspiration and Mission," Comrade Lv Chunping delivered the party lesson in four parts and shared four insights:

  First, the mission calls for responsibility and guides the future. Remembering our original aspiration and mission means focusing on our duties, practicing our oath to join the party, loving our jobs and dedicating ourselves to them, and striving to be qualified party members. In line with the company's positioning in municipal construction and environmental protection, the department must play a leading role, combining the company's need to continue making breakthroughs in municipal construction and environmental protection projects, striving for rapid development in markets outside the province and abroad, and consolidating the company's strategic shift from electromechanical professional contracting to current general contracting and project general contracting, to lead the company's leap-forward development.

  Second, accurately grasp the political direction and firmly uphold the original aspiration and mission. It requires broad party members and cadres to uphold party principles, strengthen political beliefs, enhance political awareness, maintain a firm political stance, strictly abide by political discipline, be good at analyzing and solving problems politically, avoid making mistakes on political issues, and be politically clear-headed. Unify thinking, seize opportunities, actively integrate into the group's development strategy, actively adapt to and participate in the company's development and construction, and under the leadership of the party, roll up our sleeves and work hard, contribute at our posts, and achieve excellent results to welcome the company's new leap-forward development.

  Third, adhere to the people-centered approach, integrate the party's mass line into all aspects of enterprise management, and take the aspirations of the employees for a better life as the goal of our struggle. In daily work, conduct in-depth investigations, listen to opinions and suggestions, understand employees' thoughts, improve the ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts, and strive to do practical things for the employees; make good use of incentive and constraint systems to encourage those who are willing to work hard, and work together to lead employees to complete various tasks.

  Fourth, carry forward the spirit of hard work and promote reform and innovation. First, party members and cadres should demonstrate the determination of a lion leading the pack, the perseverance of a swallow building a nest, the tenacity of an ant gnawing a bone, and the perseverance of an ox climbing a hill; they should not only work but also contribute their efforts, going to the front lines and even the forefront, working hard and taking on responsibilities to be pioneers, and walking our generation's Long March. Second, we should take this thematic education as an opportunity to be role models, play our roles, take the lead in improving professional quality and the ability to manage and govern enterprises, master scientific leadership and work methods, and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our work.

  

 

  The field trip focused on three aspects: "Difficult problems in the enterprise's reform and development, existing problems in the enterprise, and issues of concern to employees." Everyone discussed talent reserves and training, new employee education and training, improvement of regulations and systems, and improvement of employee happiness index. For the problems identified in the field trip, effective classification of problems was carried out. For problems that could be solved on the spot, President Lv provided feasible solutions and provided further coordination and support. For problems requiring further study, a list of problems will be compiled after the meeting, solutions will be proposed, and rectification will be implemented item by item to ensure the effectiveness of the field trip.

  The meeting called for taking this thematic education as an opportunity to further strengthen learning, enhance the consciousness and urgency of learning and implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, effectively implement the overall requirements of "Upholding the original aspiration, shouldering the mission, identifying shortcomings, and ensuring implementation," forge the political character of loyalty, integrity, and responsibility, and unite and lead the broad masses of cadres and employees to strive for the high-quality and leap-forward development of the group and the company.
