The BIM application training meeting for the No. 11 package of the Baoshan central urban area underground integrated pipe gallery project was successfully held.

　　The opening ceremony of the "BIM Application Training for the No. 11 Project of the Underground Integrated Pipe Corridor in Baoshan Central City, Ninth Engineering Department" was successfully held at the Baoshan Integrated Pipe Corridor Project Department. The meeting was chaired by project manager Shen Kaijun. Xu Yanlu, chief engineer of the company, and Qu Shangdong, deputy manager of the construction department of Guanglian Technology Co., Ltd. Kunming branch, attended the meeting.

　　At the meeting, BIM trainer Zhou gave a presentation on the in-depth application of the BIM 5D platform in terms of schedule, quality, and safety; the plan is to apply BIM technology to the Baoshan integrated pipe corridor project through four months of training in three phases.

　　Xu summarized the meeting and put forward three points of hope and requirements: 1. Hope that the project management team members will seriously learn BIM technology; 2. Change the way of thinking, from traditional management to information management; 3. Correctly understand the role of BIM 5D management tools to assist in effective project management. He hopes that both new and old employees can gain something from this training, and apply the technology to the pipe corridor project management as soon as possible.
