They should exercise power cautiously, cultivate self-discipline, improve their qualities, utilize their power effectively, uphold their bottom lines, and understand that their positions entail responsibilities; they should adopt a broader perspective, implement party conduct and integrity construction, and strengthen their awareness of integrity and self-discipline. In their new positions, they should be discerning in choosing friends, continuously improving their comprehensive abilities, and achieving excellent results.

The appointees expressed their unwavering commitment to fulfilling their responsibilities in their new positions, performing their duties well, actively rectifying any shortcomings, continuously improving themselves through learning, laying the foundation for their new roles, and achieving a successful role transition and service to the overall goals.

Chairman Gu Yongmao congratulated everyone, stating that entering new positions represents the trust and support of the company's Party Committee and colleagues. The appointees need to consider how to perform their duties well, achieve results, and gain recognition. They should continuously learn and improve their skills in their positions, as learning is fundamental to their success. They should also maintain enthusiasm and motivation, promptly address any shortcomings, humbly accept feedback, quickly familiarize themselves with their work, become qualified leaders, achieve results, seize opportunities, and take a successful first step.

While congratulating everyone, Wu Qian, the Party Committee Secretary, offered five suggestions: Firstly, strengthen learning, remembering that there are always others more skilled and knowledgeable; address any shortcomings through on-the-job training and continuous learning and improvement; secondly, work boldly and responsibly, without timidity or slackness, fulfilling their responsibilities, adhering to rules and principles, working together as a team, and promoting the company's development; thirdly, maintain professional integrity, understanding that the company both encourages and protects the growth of its cadres and employees; fourthly, uphold the group's sixteen-character code of conduct and lead by example within the team; fifthly, the company will strictly implement its cadre assessment system, ensuring that competent individuals are promoted, average performers are replaced, and incompetent individuals are removed. Cadres should develop their own career plans and pathways, enhance their certification capabilities, and perform their work according to standards and position requirements, maintaining a positive and productive work attitude and achieving results.
