On the morning of November 5th, in accordance with the unified arrangements and deployment of the Group's Party Committee, Wang Xiaofang, Deputy General Manager of the Group, went to An'er Company to conduct a preliminary investigation of the rectification of weak and lax grassroots Party organizations. Company leaders and grassroots branch secretaries attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, the secretary of the Sixth Engineering Project Department of the company reported on the situation of branch construction, including the construction of the leadership team, organizational life, the integration of Party building into production and operation, the development of Party members, and Party member education and training.
Based on the requirements of the Group's Party Committee and the report of the Sixth Engineering Department's Party branch, Wang Xiaofang praised the advantages and highlights of the company's grassroots Party organizations, and at the same time put forward suggestions: First, strengthen the learning of new knowledge. With the continuous development of new knowledge, one will fall behind if one is not careful. It is necessary to pay attention to combining self-study with centralized learning, and combining political study with business study to continuously make up for knowledge shortcomings. At the same time, it is necessary to improve understanding and recognition of Party knowledge through activities. Second, in combination with the requirements of the Group's preliminary investigation work, continue to rectify existing problems and continuously strengthen the organizational construction of Party organizations. Third, the work should be closely centered around the arrangements and deployments of each stage. Different times have different requirements, and the way of doing things is also different. When doing things, we must dare to meet challenges, face problems directly, and ensure implementation.
Wu Qian, secretary of the company's Party committee, expressed gratitude for the suggestions made by Deputy General Manager Wang Xiaofang and stated that for the problems existing in the construction of grassroots Party organizations, corresponding rectification plans and measures will be formulated in a timely manner, and in accordance with the requirements of the Group's Party committee, efforts will be made to improve the institutionalization, standardization, and scientific nature of Party branch construction, and comprehensively enhance the creativity, cohesion, and combat effectiveness of Party branches.
