On November 6, Zhonglao Tourism Investment Development Co., Ltd., Yunnan Yuntou Ecological Environment Technology Co., Ltd., and Yunnan Construction Investment No. 2 Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. jointly conducted the completion acceptance inspection of the Laos Asian Elephant Germplasm Breeding, Protection, and Rescue Center scenic area road and clearing project.
The Laos Asian Elephant Germplasm Breeding, Protection, and Rescue Center scenic area road and clearing project includes two scenic roads and one food source road. The K0 section of the scenic road has a 6m wide cement pavement, a 6.2m wide roadbed, and a 1.4m wide drainage ditch; the K1 section has a 3.6m wide cement pavement, a 6m wide roadbed, and a 1.4m wide drainage ditch; the K2 section of the food source road has a 3m wide earth and stone pavement, a 3m wide roadbed, and a 1.4m wide drainage ditch. The project started on December 22, 2018. Since the start of construction, the project department has strictly followed the design requirements for construction and has completed the clearing and construction of the roads, meeting the acceptance conditions.
In the morning, the three parties—the construction party, the general contractor, and the contractor—jointly inspected and accepted the three road projects. On-site checks and verifications were conducted against the original design drawings and changes. The three parties reached a unanimous agreement on the construction quality of the project within the contract: one-time acceptance passed. All roads meet the design requirements and functional requirements. In the afternoon, the three parties went to the meeting room of Zhonglao Tourism Investment Development Co., Ltd. to hold a completion acceptance meeting combining physical engineering and completion data. During the meeting, Zhonglao Tourism Investment Development Co., Ltd. checked the construction data, which was complete and valid; checked the construction contract, and confirmed that all the contents of the construction contract had been completed; and checked the completion and quality requirements of the construction site, all of which met the initial acceptance conditions. All units agreed to pass the acceptance inspection once.
