1 Month 15 Day, the last section of the spherical reticulated shell roof of the boiler room in the Surabaya, Indonesia garbage incineration power generation project was successfully hoisted. This marks the completion of the main steel structure installation of the project, entering the final stages.

The overall layout of the boiler room roof spherical reticulated shell in the Surabaya, Indonesia project is a sloped reticulated shell structure, with a total length of 72.5 meters, a span of 46 meters, and a total weight of 82 tons. The installation elevation is 26.5 meters. The reticulated shell structure is a multi-point support, regular tetrahedral conical reticulated shell. Based on the owner's schedule requirements and the actual on-site conditions, and from a safety perspective, the project department first developed a construction plan, proposing to use on-site assembly and piece-by-piece hoisting for construction. 12 sections. Combining the single-section hoisting working conditions, a 180T crawler crane was used for hoisting.

From 2019 year 11 Month 10 day, when the first section of the reticulated shell began to be assembled, to 2020 year 1 Month 15 day, when the last section of the reticulated shell was hoisted, it took 66 days. The reticulated shell hoisting construction was in the critical period before the end of the year. According to the company's safety management requirements, the project department strictly required the subcontractor, paying attention to every detail in the hoisting process, especially strictly handling the hoisting site road surface to ensure that the hoisting could be carried out safely and smoothly. During the construction period, Indonesia was in the rainy season. Faced with this high-risk and difficult reticulated shell hoisting work, the project department overcame the impact of thunderstorms on the hoisting work and completed the hoisting task according to the owner's schedule node requirements, drawing a successful conclusion to the main steel structure construction of the Surabaya, Indonesia garbage incineration power generation project.
