2 Month 14 Day, the company held a 2019 Annual functional department leadership cadre performance, responsibility, and integrity report meeting in the fifth-floor conference room via DingTalk video conference. Members of the company's leadership team, the heads and deputy heads of various departments, and the main leaders and employee representatives of various grassroots levels, totaling 75 people attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Cui Yongzhi, the deputy secretary of the company's Party committee and manager.

 

Wu Qian, secretary of the company's Party committee and deputy manager, made a mobilization speech, putting forward three requirements: First, enhance understanding and take the cadre assessment work seriously. Cadre assessment is a serious and solemn work with strong political significance. Through assessment, we can strengthen the construction of the company's middle-level cadres and grassroots leadership teams, establish a clear orientation of taking responsibility, attaching importance to responsibility, reform and innovation, and undertaking tasks and starting businesses, and build a team of cadres with strong cohesion, combat effectiveness, and execution ability to provide strong organizational guarantees for the high-quality development of the company. Second, act impartially and correctly exercise democratic rights. Participants should, with a high sense of political responsibility and a highly responsible attitude towards the organization, the cause, and the cadres, make objective and fair evaluations based on facts. Third, strengthen the use of cadre assessment results. The results of this comprehensive assessment will be used as an important basis for the determination of the leadership cadre's job performance capabilities, cadre adjustment, selection and appointment, commendation and awards, education and training, supervision and management, and annual performance and salary distribution. She encouraged all cadres to take the performance, responsibility, and integrity report and democratic assessment as an opportunity to seriously find their own shortcomings and continuously improve themselves, and in their future work, to make up for their shortcomings, strengthen their confidence, and boost their morale, setting sail on 2020 a new journey in the year.

 

At the meeting, 23 functional department cadres at the deputy and head level gave performance, responsibility, and integrity reports in the order of lottery draw, 2 cadres who requested leave submitted written performance reports. Within five minutes, the reporting person summarized the 2019 year's work, focusing on the performance of their duties, the completion of key tasks, ideological and moral construction, integrity and self-discipline, and the main problems encountered in their work, and put forward 2020 the work plan for the year. After each cadre's report, the company leaders made a comprehensive comment on the performance, responsibility, and integrity of the reporting cadres, questioned the completion of the work, and put forward opinions and suggestions. Democratic assessment scoring was conducted at the meeting.

 

 

Gu Yongmao, deputy secretary of the company's Party committee and chairman, made a summary speech. He commented that the overall performance, responsibility, and integrity reports were good, with most people well-prepared, while a few did not highlight the key points of their work. For example, what are the highlights of the work? What was not done well, and what were the reasons? To improve the overall control ability of the department, what breakthroughs need to be sought?

Regarding these issues, he hoped that everyone would improve and put forward six requirements: First, we must always adhere to and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, focusing on the connection between theory and practice, and achieving "loving one's job, cherishing one's position, honesty and trustworthiness, and operating according to law." Second, according to the spirit of the first session of the fourth representative congress of the group, resolutely implement the various decisions and deployments of the group and the company, carefully study key tasks, find the right direction, and achieve good planning, a good start, and a good beginning. Third, give full play to the advantages and strengths of employees, strengthen team building, and strive to achieve "making the best use of personnel and matching people with positions." Fourth, based on their positions and focusing on the front line, further promote the implementation of various company systems and make due contributions to the high-quality development of the company. Fifth, dare to take responsibility, be brave in action, and strive to solve the difficulties and problems encountered in the work. Sixth, lead by example, be strict with oneself, strictly abide by the various regulations on integrity and self-discipline, and maintain integrity and honesty.
