Sun Jinyao conducted on-site inspections of the "Third Water Plant Project" 3 sections and the "Immigrant Municipal Installation Project" 6 resettlement sites, and learned in detail about the progress, personnel, materials, and equipment of each section and construction site, as well as existing problems. At each section, he first conveyed the concern and greetings of the company's leaders to the front-line cadres and employees, and also praised and affirmed the spirit of the cadres and employees who continued to work hard under harsh conditions. At the same time, he emphasized that the Qiaojia immigrant resettlement project is a people's livelihood project and a major project of Yunnan Province, the Group, and the company. All personnel must raise their awareness, unify their thinking, establish a "one-game" consciousness, work together with one heart and one mind, and strive to submit a satisfactory answer sheet to the company and the Group.

Regarding how to improve future work, Sun Jinyao required: First, the bottom line of the goal must be adhered to, the construction progress must be grasped, and the realization of various node goals must be ensured. The project department should strengthen work planning, coordinate and resolve the current urgent and difficult problems, refine node goals, clarify time nodes and persons in charge, reverse schedule, orderly promote project progress, and resolutely overcome the impact of the epidemic. Second, focusing on node goals, highlighting work priorities, strengthening work measures, and ensuring that work is implemented in detail. We must attach great importance to and carry out quality, safety, and other aspects of work, continuously summarize experience, optimize work processes, be prepared for any eventuality, and make scientific and reliable guidance plans in advance for major and difficult problems to improve construction efficiency and quality, and implement the requirements of "four guarantees, one control, and one tree". Third, we must earnestly implement the major decisions and deployments of the Group and the company and the relevant documents. Strictly implement the requirements of the real-name system for rural workers , establish an effective assessment mechanism, strengthen guidance, supervision, management, and service for the labor force and operators, conduct real-time inspections of quality and safety on site, and strictly rectify any hidden dangers and problems found in accordance with regulations to prevent major quality and safety problems.
