To ensure welding quality, the Tangshan Fengrun Waste-to-Energy Power Generation Project Phase II of the Seventh Construction Department strictly implements the company's welder entry examination system. 6 Month 18 Day, the project department organized 6 welders to take the entry examination, and invited relevant personnel from the owner and supervision units to observe and guide on site.
The Tangshan Fengrun Waste-to-Energy Power Generation Phase II Installation Project is located in Fengrun District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. This project is an expansion project. 1 units 500t/d mechanical stoker incineration boilers and 1 units of medium-temperature and medium-pressure waste heat boilers, with 1 units C10MW adjustable extraction condensing turbine generator units and heating substations. The contract amount is 888 million (labor costs plus machinery costs). The incinerator mainly consists of equipment components such as stokers, furnace shells, discharge hoppers, chutes, pushers, burners, and the incinerator hydraulic system. The characteristics of this type of incinerator are: through the alternate reverse movement of the fixed stoker and the moving stoker, the garbage can be effectively turned over and stirred, fully contacting with the air, and the reciprocating speed of the stoker can be arbitrarily adjusted through the hydraulic device according to the nature and combustion conditions of the garbage, adjusting the residence time of the garbage, thus achieving complete combustion of the garbage. The waste heat boiler of the incineration plant is a horizontal boiler composed of multiple components, mainly including water walls, steam drums, evaporator tube bundles, superheaters, and economizers. Ash removal from the boiler tubes is set up to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler during long-term operation.
This project is a key project of Tangshan Jiasheng New Energy Co., Ltd. , The construction period is tight, the task is heavy, and the quality requirements are high. The incineration system has advanced technology, and the core equipment, the stoker, has high installation accuracy requirements and a large workload. The highest point of the boiler steel structure is 37.4m , and it is located within the large package net frame that has already been completed in Phase I. The construction site is very small, and the hoisting difficulty is very high. The boiler in Phase I produces a lot of noise during normal production, especially the boiler has many inspected welds, and the welding and flaw detection are difficult. In view of the above characteristics, not only scientific arrangement and reasonable organization are required, but also huge investment in manpower, material resources, and financial resources is needed to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
This welder entry examination was conducted for three reasons: firstly, to test the welding level of the team and the project department's welding management level; secondly, to lay a solid foundation for the welding quality of the boiler steel structure; and finally, to pave the way for the company to build a "brand effect" by undertaking industrial projects outside the province!
