The Hejianlan Expressway is a key construction project of Yunnan Province during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, and it is also an 2020 important part of the province's county-level expressway network's "ability to connect and fully connect" in the year. At the beginning of the new year, a pneumonia epidemic caused by the novel coronavirus infection began to sweep across the country. No one would have thought that the Spring Festival holiday would be forced to extend from the original seven days. While the whole country was working together to fight the epidemic, the Sangu Department Hejianlan Expressway (Dali section) construction power supply project department actively responded to the requirements of the company and the command center for resuming work and production during the epidemic prevention and control period. However, honesty and trustworthiness are the principles that every "An'er person" has always upheld. Faced with the characteristics of tight deadlines, heavy tasks, and great difficulties in the construction power supply project of the Hejianlan Expressway (Dali section), the project department scientifically planned, reasonably arranged, continuously optimized the construction plan, increased manpower and machinery, and reversed the schedule to each day, strictly rewarding and punishing according to the node schedule. On the sand-filled hills and in the dense forests of the mountain streams, a wave of rapid work was quickly set off. Given the tight construction schedule, heavy workload, and significant interference from overlapping construction, the project department actively communicated with the substation civil construction and electrical installation units. They prioritized electrical equipment installation, ensuring continuity and avoiding pollution and rework caused by overlapping construction. Responsibilities were also refined, clarifying the duties of management personnel and setting target milestones for each construction team. Daily and weekly assessments, with clear rewards and punishments promptly implemented, increased the work motivation of both the project management team and the construction teams.

To ensure safe production and achieve zero accidents, the project department signed safety responsibility agreements with each construction team's safety officer. They strictly enforced pre-shift safety education and inspection systems, deploying safety management personnel to the site for continuous monitoring, promptly identifying safety hazards, and ensuring comprehensive safety coverage.
