Gu Yongmao attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Ruili International Culture and Sports Center construction PPP project of the Tenth Construction Department.

7 Month 16 Day, Ruili City held 2020 The opening ceremony of key projects in the third quarter of the year and the pilot project of "construction first, then examination" reform in the Dehong area of the China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Party and government leaders of Ruili City and leaders of the Dehong area of the China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Party Vice Secretary and Chairman Gu Yongmao, Deputy Manager and Manager of the Eighth Engineering Project Department Yan Xueguang, Manager of the Tenth Engineering Project Department, construction parties, supervisors and other relevant personnel attended the opening ceremony and laid the foundation stone for the project.

Construction of Ruili International Sports and Culture Center PPP The project is located in the southwest of Ruili City, with a total investment of 99960.19 ten thousand yuan, a land area of 265.71 mu, a total construction area of 111996.98 ㎡, a ground construction area of 75586.68 ㎡, an underground construction area of 36410.30 ㎡ and outdoor supporting sports and fitness venues, with a field area of 12439.66 ㎡.

After the ceremony, Gu Yongmao made the following requirements for the project department: to strictly follow the project management requirements of ensuring construction period, safety, quality, integrity, cost control, and image building; to carefully organize, overcome difficulties and forge ahead; to accelerate the construction project; and to complete the project construction tasks efficiently and with high quality.

Construction of Ruili International Sports and Culture Center PPP The project is the first PPP project since the Group signed a cooperation framework agreement with the Dehong State Government last year. The commencement of this project marks another step forward for the Group, the company and the Tenth Engineering Project Department into the Dehong market, officially entering the Ruili market.
