8 Month 29 On the morning of the day, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Hongji Mingyuan (Liushan Time) project, undertaken by the Third Engineering Project Department, was held. Developers, supervisory units, and various participating units attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

The Hongji Mingyuan project, invested by Honghe Dingyun Real Estate Development and Operation Co., Ltd., is located next to Tianma Road in Mengzi City, covering an area of 57112.5m² ，with a construction area of 93909.93m² ，the community is planned to have 2 buildings of step-type villas, 5 buildings of elevator villas, and 33 buildings of linked villas. The Third Engineering Project Department will undertake the construction of strong and weak electricity, fire protection, water supply and drainage, and ventilation.
