10 Month 20 Day, the Jinan Municipal Environmental Protection Solid Waste Comprehensive Disposal Center Expansion and Reconstruction Design and Construction General Contracting ( EPC ) project, undertaken by the Second Engineering Project Department, successfully completed the no-load test run of the incineration workshop 1# 、 2# 、 3# rotary kiln.

The rotary kiln of the Jinan project is a large-scale equipment with a total weight of approximately 186t ，inner diameter of Φ 4.2m 、length of 18m 、slope of 1.5 °，based on the large gear ring, the inclination between the large and small gear rings shall not exceed 0.05mm/m ，and the contact surface between the large and small gear rings along the tooth height should be 40% or more, and along the tooth length should be 50% or more; the coaxiality tolerance between the low-speed shaft of the reducer and the shaft of the small gear is φ 0.2mm ，and the lateral horizontal deviation and axial slope deviation measured on the partial surfaces of the reducer body and cover shall not exceed 0.05mm/m ；the inclination of each supporting wheel with respect to the plumb line diameter upper end line shall not exceed 0.05mm/m ；the installation is difficult, and the construction precision requirements are high.

During the installation process, the project department strictly followed the requirements of “four guarantees, one control, and one tree” and comprehensively grasped the project construction. Before construction, the management personnel compiled the Φ 4.2 × 18M rotary kiln no-load test run special construction plan, and gave a technical briefing to the management personnel and construction teams, and strictly followed the construction plan during the construction process. At the same time, the project department adopted the “master-apprentice” model, requiring new employees of the project department to track the entire installation and test run process, learning knowledge and technology, and doing a good job in professional technology transmission and assistance.

The successful completion of this node task not only laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the load linkage test run, demonstrating the wolf spirit, the plateau iron army spirit, and the craftsman spirit of the second installation personnel; it also laid a foundation for the company to open up new markets in the future.
