120-Day Battle: Collaborative Efforts on the Wenshan Tram Project

　　Since its commencement, the Wenshan Prefecture Urban Rail Transit Modern Tram Demonstration Project Line 4 has achieved initial success under the careful planning and safety management of all participating units. Undertaken by the company's Eleventh Engineering Project Department, the tram line is 14 kilometers long, with 12 kilometers completed, and the remaining 2 kilometers are expected to be completed before November 10. To ensure smooth operation by the end of the year, the Wenshan Tram Project Department thoroughly implements the group's meeting spirit of "riding the momentum, fighting for 120 days, and ensuring the over-completion of annual target tasks." Resources are reasonably allocated and management is strengthened in aspects such as personnel management, material procurement, equipment leasing, and safety and civilization. Overtime work is organized for various teams to ensure that Line 4 of the Wenshan Tram Demonstration Project can be successfully put into operation by the end of the year.

　　Increasing material and equipment allocation and strengthening communication and coordination to ensure that the construction progress remains controllable. 120 additional construction workers were added, with four track-laying teams, two external power teams, and three electromechanical teams, each with 20 people. Work organization is well-arranged, with day and night shift work to ensure that the construction progress remains controllable. Two excavators and four double-bridge vehicles were newly rented to support the ballast transportation work. Due to the long construction line and the difficulty of long-term ballast replenishment, the project department actively organized and coordinated, renting a new railway ballast replenishment vehicle to shorten the ballast replenishment period. For issues such as the handover of the on-site work surface, the project department actively coordinates with the general contractor and the project company, and reasonably plans to add construction personnel to ensure that there are construction machinery and personnel on site as soon as the work surface is handed over. Under the primary and secondary progress network plan, a tertiary network construction progress plan and a monthly work plan are formulated. Construction teams formulate weekly work plans and daily implementation plans, reporting the daily construction completion status and the next day's work plan to the project department on time every day. All work is included in strict network plan control to ensure the achievement of expected goals.

　　Rapidly establishing a safety and quality assurance system. A safety and quality assurance system was established with the project manager as the head and various construction teams as members. In accordance with the group's "four guarantees, one control, and one tree planting" management requirements, safe and civilized construction is ensured while guaranteeing the construction period and quality, establishing a good company image.

　　Reasonably formulating material demand plans and strengthening civilized construction. Based on the actual on-site situation, material demand plans are formulated, and the material delivery situation is coordinated with manufacturers daily. Combined with the actual on-site usage, the overall material control plan is adjusted accordingly. At the same time, the project department strictly follows the group's "four guarantees, one control, and one tree planting" management requirements, adopts water horse barriers along the construction line, purchases additional water horses and cones, and produces corresponding traffic signs. Construction teams are strictly required to take safety precautions when carrying out hoisting or road occupation during construction to avoid traffic accidents, truly achieving safe and civilized construction.

　　Line 4 of the Wenshan Prefecture Urban Rail Transit Modern Tram Demonstration Project is a major transportation hub in Qubei County, connecting the Puzhehei Railway Station, Qubei County, and the Puzhehei Scenic Area. It provides better convenience for people's travel and is a major boost to the economic development of Qubei County. All employees of the project department work with high spirits for 120 days, overcoming difficulties and contributing to the construction of Line 4 of the Wenshan Tram.
