A "master-apprentice" pairing ceremony was held at the metal structure processing center

On January 7th, the Metal Structure Processing Center held a "master-apprentice pairing" signing ceremony. Seven master-apprentice pairs signed apprenticeship agreements. The criteria for selecting masters at the Metal Structure Processing Center were: strong ideological and moral qualities, extensive experience, possessing sound professional knowledge and skills, and the ability to make learning enjoyable. At the "master-apprentice pairing" ceremony, the masters solemnly pledged: to always lead by example in their work, to strictly abide by all the responsibilities outlined in the "master-apprentice agreement," to fulfill all their duties as masters, to unreservedly share their work experience and insights with their apprentices, to provide timely and sincere care and assistance when apprentices encounter difficulties, to work together, learn from each other, improve together, and contribute their part to the company's development. The apprentices sincerely stated: they would quickly adjust their roles, study hard, and contribute their part to the company's growth and development using their acquired knowledge.
