The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) inspection team inspected the relocation and technological transformation project of the road and logistics plaza at the Hongyun Red River Cigarette Factory of the First Machinery Department.

On January 13, Ren Guiyong, a first-level investigator from the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, led a team to the Yi Di relocation and technical transformation factory area road and logistics plaza project of the First Tobacco Factory of Hongyun Red River Cigarette Factory to supervise and guide the payment of wages to migrant workers.

The inspection team conducted on-site inspections of the project construction, understood the company's DingTalk real-name system, checked the on-site attendance points and on-site rights protection publicity boards, and inquired with migrant workers on site about their wage payment situation, listening to their opinions and suggestions on the company.

Subsequently, the inspection team held a symposium at the project site, conducting in-depth and detailed exchanges on how to utilize the DingTalk platform to improve migrant worker wage payment and service work. They conducted a special inspection of the establishment of migrant worker wage special accounts, employment contracts, entry and exit records, and wage payment materials.

At the meeting, the inspection team fully affirmed the company's work in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers and gave high praise to the company's DingTalk real-name management system. They also recommended the company's advanced experience in DingTalk real-name management to Yunnan Energy Investment, Yunnan Cloud Investment, and other units. Ren Guiyong pointed out that, firstly, it is necessary to further enhance political standing, actively address the issue of migrant worker wage payments, and ensure timely wage payments. Secondly, it is necessary to further focus on key tasks, address outstanding wage arrears, further improve the relevant mechanisms for migrant worker wage payments, and improve services for migrant workers to prevent wage arrears. Thirdly, it is necessary to further improve safety and stability work, pay close attention to relevant information, promptly handle various emergencies, and earnestly carry out various tasks to ensure the safety and stability of migrant workers before the Spring Festival.
