The Liugongbu Zhengbang project successfully completed the dangerous and major engineering hoisting.

On February 3rd, within the Yunnan Zhengbang Technology Co., Ltd. factory area in the Haikou Industrial Park, Kunming, the installation of steel structures and equipment for the 47,000-ton/year environmentally friendly adhesive (including adhesive powder) technical transformation project, undertaken by the Sixth Engineering Project Department, successfully completed the hoisting of three low-temperature liquid storage tanks. Xu Yanlu, the company's chief engineer, and his team went to the hoisting site to provide guidance.

The three low-temperature liquid storage tanks have a diameter of 3608 mm and a height of 18170 mm, with a single unit weighing approximately 62 tons. From the submission of the hoisting plan, company leaders and relevant functional departments attached great importance to the project and conducted multiple on-site inspections and guidance. The company's technology center specially arranged for Liu Sijie, a hoisting skills master, to participate in the preparation of the hoisting plan. On the afternoon of February 2nd, to ensure the reliability of the hoisting plan, the company specially invited five relevant experts and representatives from the owner and design units to review the plan. After the review, the experts unanimously approved the plan and provided supplementary suggestions. It was finally decided to use a 300-ton truck crane as the main crane and a 130-ton truck crane as an auxiliary crane to complete the hoisting of the three pieces of equipment in one go.

The hoisting task, originally planned for two days, was completed safely and efficiently within one workday thanks to careful planning and meticulous organization. This demonstrated the company's professional level and earned high recognition from the owner.
