On February 22, the company's contract and budget department organized more than 30 budgeters in Kunming to conduct DingTalk cost management platform application training via DingTalk live broadcast.
This training, based on daily cost management business, covered seven modules of the DingTalk cost management platform: real-name clock-in application, subcontracting plan application form, subcontracting bidding approval, bid notification approval, subcontracting contract approval, internal settlement management, and external settlement review. It detailed the filling, approval, printing, and practical application of each module in cost management, and provided on-site Q&A addressing budgeters' questions on the platform.
Promoting the use of the DingTalk cost management platform comprehensively improves the collaborative efficiency of downstream subcontracting business form approvals in construction projects and enhances project cost control capabilities. It creates a standardized, unified online management closed-loop for downstream business, from subcontracting plans, bidding, contract signing, and site work to subcontractor process settlement and final internal settlement, enabling efficient collaborative management of multiple downstream subcontractors.
