The company organized a warning education meeting

On February 26, the company organized a warning education meeting for 144 cadres and employees. The meeting conveyed the spirit of the Group's "2.26" warning education meeting. Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company's board, and Sun Jinyao, member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, conducted collective廉政提醒谈话 (integrity reminder talks) with the attendees.

From February 10 to 24, the Yunnan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision continuously reported on issues involving violations of social public order by Party members and public officials transferred by the public security organs. The 15-day continuous reporting featured distinct characteristics and sent a strong signal. Key features included the rapid speed of reporting—only two or three days elapsed between the investigation by law enforcement agencies and the report by the disciplinary inspection and supervision organs; and the broad scope of coverage—those reported included both Communist Party members and non-Party public officials, as well as civil servants from Party and government organs and employees from enterprises and institutions. The reported issues included drunk driving and gambling, reflecting a zero-tolerance attitude towards early detection and prevention.

Sun Jinyao conveyed the spirit of the Group's meeting and, based on the cases of violations of regulations, discipline, and law that occurred in the Group in 2020 and the violations of regulations and laws that occurred within the company, conducted integrity reminder talks with the attendees and put forward three requirements: First, all Party branches in the company must shoulder the responsibility of governing the Party and managing the Party; leading cadres must earnestly fulfill their "dual responsibilities," abide by laws and disciplines, engage in clean conduct, and do a good job in Party conduct, integrity, and anti-corruption work within their areas of responsibility, ensuring that there are no "blind spots" in supervision. Second, all cadres and employees must fully understand the increasingly strict situation of supervision, discipline, and accountability; they should take the lead in studying the Party Constitution, Party regulations, Party discipline, and national laws and regulations, especially the Criminal Law and the Civil Code, to ensure that they know and abide by the law. Third, they must uphold discipline, regulations, and laws, quickly return to work, and earnestly fulfill their various work responsibilities.

Gu Yongmao emphasized that all Party members, cadres, and employees of the company have the obligation and responsibility to manage themselves well, educate those around them, uphold discipline and regulations, act uprightly and properly, and maintain their own image and that of the company.
