Party History Lecture at the 8th Department Party Branch by Cui Yongzhi

On April 20, Cui Yongzhi, the Party Committee vice secretary, vice chairman, and general manager of the company, delivered a special party history class to all Party members of the Eighth Engineering Project Department, themed "Drawing Strength from Party History for Progress."

Cui Yongzhi vividly recounted the Eleventh Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, a great historical turning point, leading all Party members in reviewing the glorious journey that ushered in a new era of reform, opening up, and socialist modernization in China. Cui Yongzhi pointed out that all Party members should, in accordance with the General Secretary's requirements, combine studying Party history with summarizing experience, comparing with reality, and promoting work, and combine it with solving practical problems. They should unify the three logics of history, theory, and practice, and integrate the study of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era with the study of the basic principles of Marxism. They should transform learning achievements into work motivation and effectiveness, and effectively improve their ability and level in grasping the overall situation, responding to risks and challenges, and advancing practical work. Cui Yongzhi emphasized that all Party members should deeply study the history of the predecessors' struggles, carry forward the spirit of hard work, frugality, and daring to struggle of the old revolutionaries, complete various tasks with higher standards, and transform learning achievements into a powerful driving force for work, shouldering the historical mission of the new era and demonstrating new achievements. Party members and cadres should always maintain their original aspirations, shoulder their mission, and work with greater courage and more arduous efforts to promote the development of the company and the well-being of employees. The Party branch should give full play to the leading role of Party building, actively explore effective measures to integrate Party building into the central work, lead Party members to charge ahead, carry forward the excellent qualities of generations of Communists who are fearless, courageous, dedicated, and indomitable, and continuously inspire the fighting spirit and enhance the fighting capacity of Party members.
