Gan Yong inspected and guided the work of the Qigongbu Xiaobaihu pasture project

On May 4th, Gan Yong, member of the company's Party Committee and chairman of the labor union, went to the construction site of the Xiaobaihu Ranch project of the Seventh Engineering Project Department to inspect and guide the work.

At the construction site, Gan Yong listened to the project manager's introduction of the construction situation and inquired in detail about the personnel allocation, labor management, construction progress, and site management. At the project site, Gan Yong inquired about the work and living conditions of the employees and put forward specific requirements for the standardized construction of the project department.

Gan Yong emphasized that: First, under the premise of ensuring safety and quality, we should take advantage of the current peak construction period to quickly create a wave of hard work and ensure the project schedule; Second, we should attach importance to labor management and standardize the training and use of labor personnel; Third, we should make good use of the working mechanism of "early meetings, late summaries, and daily progress" to promptly identify and solve problems; Fourth, we should refine the goals, further strengthen communication, unite as one, and ensure the formation of a strong joint force to successfully complete various project goals.

Gan Yong extended sincere greetings to the employees and young people of the project department who are sticking to their posts and working diligently, and put forward three hopes:

First, we must embrace the overall situation and have lofty aspirations. Employees of the project department should establish a sense of the overall situation, deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, study Party history, strengthen belief, and follow the Party. We should firmly believe in the development of the enterprise, integrate personal growth into the practice of the company's reform and development, and realize personal value in promoting the high-quality development of the enterprise;

Second, we must diligently study and cultivate ourselves, and be brave in innovation. Employees of the project department should truly regard learning as a responsibility, eagerly study difficult work problems, strive to improve work skills, adhere to the unity of knowledge and action, vigorously carry out technological innovation, scientific and technological research, and invention and creation, and strive to become a backbone force in promoting the enterprise's independent innovation;

Third, we must work hard and make selfless contributions. We hope that everyone will carry forward the spirit of hard work, take the initiative to take on responsibilities, bravely overcome difficulties, make achievements in the "14th Five-Year Plan", strive to be the forerunners, pioneers, and dedicators who are at the forefront of the times, and greet the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party with practical actions and excellent achievements.
