On May 10, the company held a pre-appointment talk meeting for cadres. Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board; Cui Yongzhi, Deputy Party Secretary, Vice Chairman, and General Manager; and Sun Jinyao, Member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, attended the meeting. Cadres and staff from relevant departments and grassroots units also participated in the meeting.

Gu Yongmao put forward four requirements for the cadres who are about to take up new positions: First, strengthen the study of political theory and party affairs knowledge, improve personal comprehensive quality and ability, and strive to be a good cadre of "four strengths"; second, quickly change roles, correctly position oneself, work hard, and diligently perform duties and responsibilities; third, pay attention to party spirit cultivation, be strict with oneself, and establish a good cadre image; fourth, lead by example, take the lead in observing discipline, attach importance to conduct and set an example, and work hard to maintain integrity and uphold the original aspiration. Cui Yongzhi put forward four requirements: First, to have the responsibility to work and start a business, to put the position and responsibility on oneself, to understand the overall situation and consider the broader interests; second, to strengthen learning, avoid arrogance and impetuosity, be humble and cautious, treat the position with an ordinary mind, and treat the cause with a dedicated heart; third, to unite comrades and create a good environment for working and starting a business; fourth, to build a solid ideological defense line, and frequently use party regulations and disciplines as a yardstick, strictly demanding oneself in everything.
