Shen Jiawen inspected and guided the work of the ecological comprehensive management and water conservancy emergency water supply project in the Chenghai River Basin of Yongsheng County.

On May 12, Shen Jiawen, the group's chief engineer, went to the Yongsheng County Chenghai Basin Ecological Comprehensive Governance Water Conservancy Emergency Water Supply Project of the Third Engineering Project Department for inspection and guidance.

Shen Jiawen went deep into the construction site and listened to the project manager's introduction of the Chenghai water replenishment project at the primary and tertiary pump stations. He also had in-depth communication with the project manager. Since its commissioning in October 2020, the project's units, water pipelines and fittings, and electrical automation control systems have all been operating well. The tertiary pump station has been operating normally without any failures, achieving one-button start and one-button shutdown. Only 1-2 people are needed for on-site duty and operation management. The project has outstanding technical highlights, and the energy saving and increased production effects have been significant since its commissioning. Chief Engineer Shen Jiawen specifically praised this.

The Chenghai Basin Ecological Comprehensive Governance Water Conservancy Emergency Water Supply Project is a national key livelihood project. The group and governments at all levels attach great importance to the construction of this project. Since the completion and water delivery of the main pipeline, it has realized the "West-to-East Water Transfer" from the Jinsha River to Chenghai. The successful completion of this project has greatly promoted the local ecological restoration work and local economic development.
