Leadership Cadre Lecture Hall: Sun Jinyao Delivers a Party History Themed Lecture to the Fifth Engineering Project Department Party Branch

On the morning of May 25th, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, delivered a special party lecture entitled "Learning Party History, Understanding Party Affairs, and Never Forgetting Our Roots, No Matter How Far We Go" to the Party branch of the Fifth Engineering Project Department. Party members and employees in Kunming attended the lecture.

Comrade Sun Jinyao first introduced the purpose, requirements, and significance of studying Party history. He then lectured on four periods: the New Democratic Revolution, the Socialist Revolution and Socialist Construction, Reform and Opening Up and Socialist Modernization Construction, and the New Era of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. The lecture closely followed the spirit of the meetings from the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China to the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Following the historical context, and citing numerous historical materials and real-life examples, it detailed the great achievements of the Communist Party of China in leading the Chinese people to overthrow the old society and build a new China. It also combined current events, vividly illustrating how, in the new global landscape, the Communist Party of China, true to its original aspiration, interprets its mission through action, leading the Chinese people in their tireless struggle to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. From the October Revolution in Russia to the bright prospects of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the entire lecture was heartfelt and engaging, captivating the attention of the Party members.

This party lecture was rich in content and insightful, possessing both theoretical height and ideological depth, as well as strong practical relevance and guidance. It is of great significance for comprehensively understanding and accurately grasping the historical context of the Party and effectively carrying out the study of Party history.

After the party lecture, all personnel watched the video "Excellent Family Traditions in the Yunnan Mountains: Integrity Fills the World," deeply learning the touching and inspiring family stories of Party members such as Saidianchi, Sun Shiyin, Qian Feng, Zhao Cunxin, and Yang Shanzhou.
