On August 12, the company's Human Resources Department invited Huang Lei, Assistant Business Executive of the Group's Human Resources Department, to conduct a training session on the Group's personnel management system. Over 80 people attended the training, including the company's Party Secretary and Chairman, Gu Yongmao, and members of the leadership team, extended leadership team, middle-level cadres in Kunming, and employees. The training was conducted both online and offline, combining on-site lectures with DingTalk video live streaming.

At the training session, Huang Lei started with daily issues in human resource management. While teaching business management knowledge, he interspersed specific cases to explain the Group's human resources overview, HR strategic direction, personnel recruitment, personnel exit, talent cultivation, professional title evaluation, and salary and welfare management, achieving good training results.

Through the training, participants gained a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the Group's human resources overview, personnel management system, and management processes. This will not only help improve the company's human resources management level but also lay a solid foundation for better human resources management in the future.

After the training, Gu Yongmao gave full affirmation to the training work and emphasized that enterprise management is talent management. In the new era, new context, and new situation, human resources management is a key link in enterprise management. He urged all cadres and employees to further enhance their sense of urgency in learning and their sense of responsibility in work, and to apply the Group's personnel management system to the company's actual management work through learning, thereby promoting the company's higher-quality and rapid development.
