A study session on the "Four Guarantees, One Control, and One Cultivation" integrity chapter was held for the raw material substitution technical transformation project of Guangdong Nine Dragons Paper Industry (Dongguan) Co., Ltd.

On September 19, to ensure the implementation of the Group's "Four Guarantees, One Control, and One Tree" project management objectives and fully implement the requirements of Party conduct and integrity and anti-corruption work in state-owned enterprises, the No. 1 Engineering Project organized the raw material substitution and technological transformation project management team of Nine Dragons Paper (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. to conduct a collective study on the "integrity" section of the "Four Guarantees, One Control, and One Tree" initiative.

The meeting required that: firstly, in addition to "guaranteeing integrity," the management team should further earnestly study and research the relevant content of the Group's "Implementation Rules (Trial) for Construction Project "Four Guarantees, One Control, and One Tree," strictly following the Group's requirements for "Four Guarantees, One Control, and One Tree," strengthening the project's execution and supervision; secondly, the project management team should earnestly fulfill its duties, and the project manager should strengthen supervision at all stages during the project construction process, ensuring their own integrity and self-discipline while also managing "people around them" and "matters around them"; thirdly, further strengthen the execution and constraint of institutional control, improve project management efficiency, and create "sunshine projects" and "integrity projects".

At the end of the meeting, the project management team members signed "Integrity Commitment Letters" and "Confidentiality Commitment Letters".
