Study Session for Leading Cadres: Sun Jinyao Delivers a Special Party Lesson on General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Speech at the July 1st Celebration at the Fifth Engineering Project Department Party Branch

On the afternoon of September 22, Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, went to the Fifth Engineering Project Department to deliver a special Party lecture on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the July 1st celebration.

Sun Jinyao elaborated on the ideological context of the General Secretary's important speech from five aspects: "Two Centenary Goals," "Four Great Achievements," "Nine Musts," "Message to the Youth," and "Great Call." He emphasized the importance of in-depth study of the General Secretary's important speech, finding the implementation points in one's own work, and more firmly and consciously remembering the original mission on the new journey. The study and implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the July 1st celebration should be treated as a major political task for the current period and the future. We should conduct specialized study, publicity, implementation, and supervision, transforming the learning outcomes into practical actions to address real issues, promote development, and open up new situations, better promoting the work of the project department.

Sun Jinyao made the following requirements: First, cadres and employees of the project department should earnestly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's July 1st speech, focusing on their own work, taking on responsibilities, and learning from history; second, the branch should carry out various learning activities around the spirit of the July 1st speech; third, the project frontline should strengthen epidemic prevention and control work, especially during holidays, continuing to carry out normalized prevention and control work such as scanning codes, temperature measurement, and disinfection, focusing on nucleic acid testing for employees returning to work after the holidays, and effectively fulfilling the responsibility of epidemic prevention and control; fourth, Party members and cadres should earnestly strengthen their conduct, persistently rectify their style and discipline, and ensure a clean and honest atmosphere during the holidays; fifth, maintain stability and reasonably resolve the issue of overdue wages for migrant workers, ensuring no problems arise during the holidays; sixth, each project should focus on the control of major hazardous engineering projects, strengthen the awareness of responsibility for safety production, strengthen the management of safety production at construction sites, earnestly fulfill the supervisory responsibilities for safety production in the field of construction, and ensure that the safety production situation at construction sites is stable and orderly.
