On October 27, the company's Party Committee conducted a democratic assessment of the second branch of the functional department, which was deemed a backward branch. Gu Yongmao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board, and Zhang Yuling, member of the Party Committee and Chief Financial Officer, attended the meeting. The head of the Party Committee's work department and other relevant personnel were present. A total of 38 members of the second branch of the functional department and some representatives of the masses participated in the meeting via DingTalk and on-site.

The meeting began with the branch leader reporting on the rectification work to the conference, in accordance with the requirements of the group company's Party Committee concerning the assessment and acceptance of backward and weak grassroots party organizations. Following this, a satisfaction survey of the branch's work was conducted, and the results were announced on the spot. The rectification efforts of the second branch of the functional department received a "satisfactory" rating.

Zhang Yuling, the leader in charge of the branch, commented that the branch had a good understanding of its own problems and had made practical rectifications, achieving certain results. Firstly, the education of party members has been effectively strengthened, improving their political theory level and party spirit. Their learning initiative and enthusiasm have significantly increased. Secondly, branch management has become increasingly standardized and effective, enhancing party members' awareness of rules and discipline. Thirdly, the branch's cohesion and attractiveness have gradually improved, and its ranks have grown. Fourthly, party building work has gradually been integrated into the central work. The branch, relying on the business characteristics of the departments under its jurisdiction, actively carries out "I do practical things for the masses" activities and other work, but further deepening is needed and will be a key focus for future work.

Gu Yongmao put forward four requirements for the branch's future work: First, consistently carry out standardized construction and basic work, giving full play to the role of branch committee members and party group leaders. Second, fully leverage the advantages of the eight departments under its jurisdiction, focusing on the central tasks and serving the grassroots, promoting the deep integration and mutual promotion of branch work and business work. Third, enhance the participation of branch members in branch work, carrying out rich and colorful themed party activities in conjunction with key tasks, creating an atmosphere where everyone participates in the branch's work. Fourth, continue to strengthen the education, management, and supervision of party members, putting discipline first and preventing problems before they arise.
