To enhance the awareness of refusing drunk driving among company employees and strengthen their understanding of road traffic safety regulations, On the morning of December 17, the company's legal department organized a special lecture on strengthening the rule of law awareness and strictly prohibiting drunk driving. More than 50 company cadres and employees participated in the lecture.

The lecture was given by Zhou Jiyuan, a lawyer from the company's legal department. The course introduced the dangers of alcohol on driving, the "Eighth Amendment to the Criminal Law," the "Road Traffic Safety Law" and its implementation regulations, and the opinions of the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and the Ministry of Public Security on several issues concerning the application of laws in handling criminal cases of drunk driving. It also provided popular explanations of the definition standards of drunk driving and driving under the influence, as well as related legal knowledge such as how long after drinking one can drive.

The lecture also included cases of illegal and criminal acts of drunk driving and driving under the influence committed by Party members and enterprise managers, and detailed explanations of the penalties.

Through this lecture, the safety and legal awareness of the participants was further enhanced, making everyone realize the importance of resolutely eliminating drunk driving and driving under the influence, the importance of being responsible for themselves and for society, and the positive role it plays in strengthening the compliance of employees with road traffic safety regulations.
