On the morning of December 21, the company's Discipline Inspection Commission Supervision Group went to the Second Engineering Project Department to carry out "on-site" supervision work. A total of 19 people attended the meeting, including Sun Jinyao, member of the company's Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and head of the Supervision Group; members of the Second Engineering Department's leadership team; key personnel; and some employees.

At the meeting, Sun Jinyao emphasized that the purpose of conducting collective integrity talks is to "remind beforehand and educate first." The Engineering Department should strengthen its awareness of integrity, supervise each other, and remind each other.

Combining the actual situation of the Engineering Department, Sun Jinyao made the following requirements: First, strengthen the construction of grassroots leadership teams, enhance cohesion, strengthen communication, unify thinking, and improve the ability to perform duties; second, strengthen grassroots Party building work, consolidate basic management, improve management capabilities, enhance a sense of responsibility, and show awe for one's position, responsibilities, and discipline, and strengthen the implementation of "dual responsibilities"; third, care for employees, pay attention to their thoughts and dynamics, strengthen talent cultivation, and improve professional skills; fourth, consciously accept supervision, and truly enhance the awareness of actively accepting supervision, correctly positioning the relationship between self-discipline and supervision, vigilance and self-awareness, frequently listen to "criticism," frequently ring the "integrity bell," be strict with oneself, and take the lead in being honest and self-disciplined.

After the integrity party lesson, the supervision group conducted individual talks with members of the leadership team, key personnel, and some employees. After the meeting, they checked relevant materials on Party conduct and integrity.
